If any damages are made to the hair, as long as the hair is still in correct packaging and not installed a replacement can be made. However, please allow time.

Our hair is of very good quality. Therefore it can be bleached, toned and dyed with minimal damage to the hair.                                                                                                                                                      Although many of our customers have bleached/dyed their hair with great success, we always recommend you use a professional colourist for the best results. We are not responsible and cannot accept any returns or exchanges on hair extensions and lace systems that have been treated with dye, bleach, toner or any colour depositing.

Virgin hair uses chemicals to achieve different textures. Virgin hair contains many fillers and processed chemicals to improve the appearance of the hair. However, this reduced the longevity of the hair and causes excess shedding and tangling over time.

Raw hair has not been altered in any way by chemical treatment. It is very important to remember that raw hair is all virgin hair but not all the virgin hair makes for raw hair. This is the main difference between virgin hair and raw hair..                                                                                                                                                      

We highly recommended the use of a wide tooth comb in straight and bodywave hair. Please use your hand to comb in curly hair.

Please treat the hair as your own hair, use good shampoo and conditioner.

Conditioning is very important to keep the hair soft and manageable.
Here are some hair care tips:
* Use a deep conditioner on virgin hair once or twice a week, avoid using oil or heavy styling products
* Wash the hair from the top to the end with little warmer water
* Leave conditioner in the hair for atleast 5 minutes after washing
* Air-dry is recommended more than blow-drying.
* Always consult a professional stylist regarding the chemical procedures, like dye, bleach and perm                                                                                              

This hair can last for a very long time depending on how it is maintained. Treat it like your own hair and take good care of it and it will last longer. Depending on maintenance, hair can last 1-2  years
